SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
We currently ship within Nigeria. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on location.
Free shipping is available on orders over ₦100,000. Standard shipping rates apply to orders below this threshold and will be calculated at checkout once payment integration is live (Phase 3).
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@bnm.studio with your order details. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale items and limited-edition drops may be final sale unless defective.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to availability. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
